Great Plains terms and conditions

• This safari prize includes three night’s accommodation at our Selinda Explorers Camp and three night’s accommodation at our Duba Plains Camp for two people on a sharing basis – including all meals, park fees, scheduled wildlife viewing activities and beverages (excluding premium brand imports).
• The prize is valid for travel from 01 November – 19 December 2019 (inclusive) or 11 January – 31 May & 01 November – 19 December 2020 (inclusive).
• This excludes travel that may include peak travel periods such as Easter and all other Botswana public holidays that fall within the above range of dates available.
• The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Booking requests may only be made 120 days prior to actual date of departure.
• Please note that this voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion and the validity period may not be extended.
• All international and regional scheduled commercial flights, inter camp light aircraft transfers between Maun/Kasane airports and the camp, conservation/park fees, medical and travel insurances and any other items of a personal nature are excluded.

• This voucher includes accommodation at Ellerman House including airport transfers, fully inclusive breakfast, laundry, all beverages including spirits and beer, fully stocked in room bar, a 24h guest pantry, daily sunset cocktails and canapes, wifi, 24h monitored security, private and secure parking.
• Excludes lunch finer wine and champagne.

• Your adventure includes an unforgettable 2 nights’ accommodation for 2 adults sharing at the above lodge, and includes all meals, local drinks, teas and coffees, scheduled activities offered at the lodge, laundry and emergency medical evacuation insurance.
• Excluded are flights, transfers, park and entrance fees, premium drinks, telephone calls, gratuities, extras, Safari Shop purchases and items of a personal nature.
• This prize is valid from 01 September 2019 to 30 June 2020, Excluding: Easter, Christmas period, Public holidays and peak seasons.
• Regrettably this validity period is not subject to change. Booking conditions apply and accommodation is subject to availability. This safari is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Safari 2: Wilderness Wildlife Trust

• In recognition of your conservation funding project you have been awarded a voucher for a five (5) night stay for two (2) people.
• Voucher includes a total of 3 nights’ accommodation at Savuti in the Linyanti and 2 nights’ accommodation at Vumbura Plains in the Delta for two adults on a sharing basis – all meals, park fees, scheduled daily camp activities and drinks (excluding premium brand imports).
• PLEASE NOTE: Accommodation is subject to other full paying guests in camp at the same time. The voucher is valid for travel from 01 July 2019 through to 31 July 2020 but excludes travel between 20 December 2019 and 11 January 2020 and any other public holidays that fall within this period.
• The voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Safari 3: Rhino Conservation Botswana

• This voucher is valid until 31 May 2020, low and medium season only.
• Subject to availability at booking time.
• This voucher is valid for 2 people sharing a room at Sanctuary Baines’ Camp OR Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero OR Sanctuary Stanley’s Camp. It is inclusive of all accommodation, meals, local house wines, sodas, beers and spirits. Voucher excludes park fees, transfers, curio, cellar wines, premium spirits, and any other items not listed in the inclusions.
• This voucher and complimentary stay is not for resale purposes and is non-transferable.

• Validity is 01 July 2019- 31 July 2020, subject to availability.

• Your experience with Desert & Delta Safaris will comprise of 3 nights accommodation at Chobe Game Lodge for the prize winner and their partner. This prize includes FOC accommodation, activities, meals, local brand drinks, laundry services and medical evacuation insurance.
• This voucher is valid from 1 July 2019- 1 July 2020, these dates are not extendable and are subject to availability and acceptance levels at the time of the booking request.

• This prize entitles you to three nights accommodation at Mapula Lodge and three nights’ accommodation at Jacks Camp for two people sharing.
• The prize includes accommodation in a double or twin tent, all meals and local drinks, park fees, activities with expert guiding, laundry services and VAT. The prize excludes all regional and international flights, as well as any other transfers, premium brand beverages and discretionary tips/ gratuities. The prize in valid for 18 months from date of issue (valid 23/10/2018 until 23/04/2020) can be booked between 15 January & 15 June as well as between 01 November & 15 December.We regret that this prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be reissues by Natural Selection, should it be mislaid.

Safari Footprints terms and conditions

• All flights are exclusive within the fundraiser; Safari Footprints will be booking these for you at an extra cost through Safari Footprints once the winners are revealed!
• The safaris are inclusive of all accommodation, meals (except for Cape Town properties who have stated otherwise in their terms and conditions), local brand drinks, safari activities and transfers from the airstrips to the camps.
• Excludes: visas, medical evacuation insurance (we can book this for you at the cost of $25 per person we highly recommend this is purchased once travel dates are confirmed) international flights, intercamp flights.
• All the entries for the 3 raffles will go straight to the projects donation pages that they are supporting. The teams at the three different projects will track these entries and payments through the references and pass the information onto us. To ensure we can track these donations, you must include the references below, and your email and name.
