Rhinos are tough, but not that tough.

Beautiful yet resilient, these majestic creatures have graced the earth for the last 50 million years, yet today, they are on the verge of extinction.

Falsely believed to hold potent medicinal properties, a rhino horn can be valued at a fluctuation price of USD65,000 on the black market. This makes the rhino a particularly prominent target for poachers. Over the last ten years almost 6,000 rhinos have been poached for profit.

If poaching continues at its current rate, rhinos will be extinct within 20 years.

What can be done?

In 2017 we launched our first fundraiser to help rhino conservation projects based in Botswana. Together with our sponsors, we raffled two luxury safaris, and in doing so raised over USD186,000 in support of Rhino conservation.

This year, thanks to enormous support, we have the opportunity to raffle three unforgettable safaris.

By purchasing a raffle ticket, you not only stand a chance to win a safari experience of a lifetime, but you’ll also help save the rhino from extinction.

Important dates

The entry deadline is 31 July 2019. Winners for each safari will be drawn in early August, once all data has been received.

Prizes are valid for one year, from July 2019 to July 2020.

Safari 2: Wilderness Wildlife Trust

This 10 night safari for two people is valued at approximately USD38,000.

All proceeds will go to the Wilderness Wildlife Trust, an independent, non-profit entity associated with the Wilderness Group, who focus on research, anti-poaching management, and education for communities.
